For this PechaKucha , I think I did not go very smoothly. I found some of my problems and areas for improvement.
First of all, for the ppt itself, there are some pictures that are not good enough. They cannot clearly express the ideas I want to show, and the visual effects are relatively poor. Then there is the content of my speech. I said too much information that everyone already knows, but the information is not in-depth enough. For some content, I should dig deeper. What I should show is not only the basic content of the research, but what I can get after the research. I should devote more time to the content I get. Rather than just telling the content of my research. I should show more “why”. In the end, I should tell more about my ideas about the story I want to tell. In this regard, I have expressed too little and not clear enough. It can cause doubts and misunderstandings.
Next time I will filter the visual images better and find more suitable pictures to show my ideas. And I will better adjust the content of the speech and focus more on more in-depth information instead of talking about the content of basic research in general. And will better show my good ideas and highlights.
